For lo those many years – a decade? – we had the pleasure of playing dinner jazz at the Red Water Cafe in Kamuela (a.k.a.  Waimea), Hawaii, on most Friday evenings, where we focused on American jazz and Bossa Nova standards.  We will always be grateful for that opportunity to help create
